Our Theology:

One God, One World and One People
JESUS IS LORD AND GURU 

We believe that there is one God who designed and created the cosmos and all in it.  We believe this based on philosophical reasons and faith drawn from the Bible.  We believe that God’s basic character is love that is beyond human comprehension.  He exits not as a thing but as person in relationship through eternity.  We do not know him fully but partly through religious scriptures and the teachings of Christ.  All human beings are his children regardless of caste, race, color and ethnicity.

God, being love, has not forgotten the humankind.  He revealed himself, his will, and character in the person of historic Christ.  However, he also revealed his message to people in all nations in the context of their culture, intellectual development and capacity to understand.  No matter how crude their religious expressions and responses to God, we can still see God’s light in every religion and culture.  God revealed himself through the medium of nature, prophets, sages (Rishis), Magi, dreams, visions and intuition.

God designed and created this world and everything in it.  This was the most possible perfect world when God created, but now it is imperfect due to man and his actions.  The world is real not an illusion as some think.  The world is always changing and our existence in the world is temporary.

We are all one people, but unfortunately divided by race, color, caste, language and religions.  Christ has called us to become one people in Him because he has reconciled everything in heaven and earth through his atoning sacrifice on the cross.
